Red Bull
On-Premise Knowledge Base

> Auf Deutsch

When you set off to turn 1200 normal employees into 1200 very special musketeers you also want something just as special to ensure they all have the same high degree of knowledge. For that purpose Elephant Seven developed a web based training tool that is as innovative as the brand Red Bull.

The concept is simple and effective: the town is a dance floor, Red Bull is the beat, and the musketeer is the DJ that gets the gastronomy dancing. Page contents are flipped on just like a vinyl record, navigational elements are represented by soundtracks, and lusty backspins provide a flowing transition between the over 40 modules.

The musketeers may add interesting articles to the infobox. The graphically based knowledge matrix in the infobox will show them which articles they've seen and which ones they haven't. As an easy to use and fun interface the Infobox guarantees a fast and enjoyable flow of information between all the Red Bull employees in over 140 countries. After all, our knowledge increases from day to day - and so does our On-Premise Knowledge base.

Some of the highlights:

A job that rocks.

Staff in the field becomes acquainted with their virtual image on the first page: a Musketeer actor controls his region as a DJ controls a record.

Two good memory aids.

What Red Bull Musketeers must do and what they would do best leaving out is illustrated by two lascivious beauties. An image that stays in your head - along with the accompanying information.

Fodder for the point of sale.

A virtual store depot gives a quick overview of the many Red Bull point-of-sale materials and is constantly updated.

Food chemistry in a conversational tone.

Here the Musketeers get to know the effect of every Red Bull ingredient – outlined once in technical terms and then in amusing anecdotes for use in sales talk.

Real-life learning.

Vibrant club-sound and film sequences bring the training tool to life. This is where Musketeers learn the finer points of their job – for later use in On-Premise.

What is not in your head is in the Infobox.

An overview of the seen and unseen issues can be viewed at any time. Also, a shopping-basket system facilitates the retrieval of individual articles.
